Prices are for the scope described. Where a project is larger than the listed item — more SKUs, more pages, more markets — we quote in writing against the same rates before any work begins. Nothing is charged until you have accepted a written scope and price.
Every figure is a starting price.
The prices above are for the scope described against each item. Three things move the final figure, and we tell you which ones apply before you pay anything.
Complexity
How many moving parts the job actually has. A single-product label is not a twelve-variant range; a five-page site is not a store with subscriptions, bundles and three payment methods.
Scale
Volume against the listed unit. Fifty product descriptions is the listed price; three hundred is not. More pages, more SKUs, more languages, more markets — all quoted against the same rates.
Speed
Standard turnarounds are published against every item. If you need one halved and the schedule allows it, that is a 50% rush uplift, agreed in writing before it is taken.
We do not use complexity as a way to inflate a bill after the fact. The written scope fixes the price, and if we have misjudged the effort that is our problem, not yours. If your brief turns out to be simpler than the listed item, we charge less.
Small and often, rather than large and rare.
Most of our work is bought in small pieces as it is needed. A client will order a graphic on Monday because a campaign goes live Thursday, three ad variants the following week, and a landing page the week after that. Order values swing from £40 to the high hundreds inside the same month, from the same client.
Alongside that sit the larger, less frequent jobs — a store build, a brand identity — which are split across two payments, and the recurring plans, which bill on the same date each month.
That mix is deliberate. It means you are never committing to a retainer to get a small thing made, and it is why our order values vary as widely as they do.
- Single items, on demand
No minimum order and no bundle you have to buy into. One graphic is a perfectly normal order.
- Repeat orders
Active clients typically place several separate orders across a month rather than one large one.
- Two-part payments
Anything over £150 is split into a deposit and a balance, so larger jobs appear as two charges.
- Monthly plans
Care plans, managed media and retained advisory recur on a fixed date until cancelled.
What every project comes with.
These are not upsells. They apply to a forty-pound graphic and an eighteen-hundred-pound store build alike.
A written scope
The deliverable, the price, the turnaround and what is excluded, agreed in writing before anything is charged.
Two revision rounds
Consolidated feedback, applied in two passes. Additional rounds are quoted in advance at £60 per round.
Source files
Editable working files as well as exports, so you are never locked to us for a small change later.
Full ownership
All rights in the final deliverables transfer to you once the invoice is paid in full.
How buying works.
How do I pay?
By debit or credit card at the point of acceptance. We issue an invoice with a secure payment link; card details are handled by our payment provider and are never seen or stored by us. All charges are in pounds sterling and appear as “MOMENTUM RESEARCH LTD” on your statement.
When am I charged?
Items under £150 are paid in full up front. Everything above that is split: fifty per cent on acceptance of the written scope, the balance on delivery and before final files are released. Monthly services are billed on the same date each month until cancelled.
When does the turnaround start?
On the first working day after we have received everything needed to begin — the brief, copy, images and any account access. If material arrives late the delivery date moves by the same number of days, and we confirm the new date in writing.
What if I need it faster?
Where the schedule allows, we offer a fifty per cent rush uplift to halve the stated turnaround. We confirm in writing whether a rush slot is available before taking payment for it.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Work that has not been started is refunded in full. Once work is underway you are charged for what has been completed and the remainder is refunded. Consumers also have a statutory fourteen-day cancellation right. The detail is set out in our Founderrefunds and cancellation policy.
Who owns the work?
You do, in full, once the invoice is settled. We ask only for permission to show finished work in our portfolio, and we will not do so if you would rather we did not.
Do you work with businesses outside the UK?
Yes. We work with clients internationally and invoice in pounds sterling. Your bank may apply its own conversion rate and fees, which are outside our control.
What do you not take on?
We do not produce marketing for regulated products where the claims required cannot lawfully be made, and we do not take work that depends on misleading a customer. We say so at enquiry stage rather than partway through.
Tell us what you need making.
Name the item from the list, or just describe the problem. We reply within one working day with a price, a turnaround and a straight answer on whether we are the right studio for it.
